Project: Arby’s – Remodel Program

Location: Oklahoma & Missouri (Multiple Sites)

Scope:

• Demolition (interior and exterior
• Concrete-Piers and flatwork
• Gate Replacement-Replace dumpster gates
• Painting-Interior [painting(walls and ceilings and wall covering] and Exterior
• EIFS-Brick stencil pattern
• Glass-storefront/window modification and replacing doors
• Masonry repair
• Carpentry-framing and finish
• Acoustical ceilings
• Furniture and Millwork Installation
• Plumbing-Restrooms
• Restroom partitions and accessories
• HVAC-modifications
• Fire Sprinkler-Modifications
• Electrical-interior and exterior
• Floors-Tile
• Interior door replacement

Spaces range up to 2000 sq ft – sales floor and exterior work.  No kitchen work.

Duration: Typical duration is 15 days per site depending on scope over a 3 week time periond.  The restaurant remains open and operational via the drive thru while remodel is occurring.

Details:  With a tight schedule to execute these projects the project management team had to be meticulous in its scheduling and managing of all trades involved in this project.  These projects began for our company in the Oklahoma area and worked up through Missouri up to the Saint Louis Metro area and beyond.  The entire sales area is demolished and built back up from the floor up.  Sourcing materials in a post covid world also presented challenges in order to meet the stacked-up project pipeline that spans the entire calendar year.  As well as unforeseen conditions that arose during the process that were identified with a solution provided and executed promptly to minimize any potential delay or downtime.
